Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We ensure a secure and enjoyable experience by maintaining our yachts in excellent condition and employing licensed professionals with extensive experience. Each yacht is equipped with essential safety features, including life jackets, emergency kits, and first aid supplies. We also encourage guests with known allergies or medical conditions to bring any necessary medications. Your safety and comfort is our utmost concern.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed on the yacht?keyboard_arrow_down
According to Federal Coast Guard regulations, a privately chartered yacht can accommodate a maximum of 13 people, including the charterer. This limit applies whether the yacht is cruising or anchored. If your group exceeds 13 guests, additional yachts will need to be chartered. Please be aware that the capacity may vary for smaller yachts due to their size.

Yes, children are welcome on board our yachts, and we consider them valued guests. You are also welcome to bring entertainers to make the experience even more enjoyable. We remind you that for infants and young children, it’s very important to bring necessary supplies such as food, diapers, and any medications to ensure their safety and comfort.

While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets on our yachts. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and to prevent stress for the animals, as being on board can be quite unsettling for them. We appreciate your understanding.

Wearing shoes is not allowed on the boat to protect the yacht’s delicate flooring and deck surfaces.

Smoking traditional cigars and cigarettes is only allowed in the designated smoking area on the swim platform. Any type of vaping devices can be used outdoors but are not permitted indoors.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your favorite snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, on board. Feel free to personalize your experience with your culinary preferences. Mobile phone connectivity is usually available during your yacht charter. Our yachts are equipped to ensure you can stay connected, but please be aware that reception might be limited in some remote areas with breathtaking scenery.

The departure point for your yacht is typically within the area from North Bay Island to Miami Beach, including both locations. Nearby parking is provided for your convenience.

Our yachts may be available for in-person inspections or virtual tours. However, due to high demand, this may not always be possible. Please feel free to inquire during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Are taxes, gratuities, and fees included in the charter price?keyboard_arrow_down
Please note that taxes and gratuities are typically not included in the advertised prices, which cover the standard cost of the yacht charter without any hidden fees or surprises. Is a deposit required to confirm a booking?keyboard_arrow_down
To secure your booking, a security deposit of $500 USD is required at least 48 hours before the charter begins. While you can initially make a reservation without an immediate deposit, your booking may be at risk of cancellation if another charterer books the yacht for the same date and time and pays the deposit.

Is cancellation by request allowed?keyboard_arrow_down
Life is full of surprises. If you notify us of any changes to your plans at least 48 hours before your charter, you will receive a full refund of the security deposit and charter cost. Please be aware that any costs for special requests, if applicable, are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

What happens if a flight delay makes me late for my charter?keyboard_arrow_down
We understand that flight delays can happen and are beyond our control. We always offer the flexibility to reschedule your charter time and/or date, allowing you to retain your deposit.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?keyboard_arrow_down
We monitor weather conditions carefully when you make your booking. However, if adverse weather conditions arise unexpectedly, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your charter for another date.
