Cancellation Policy

To secure the booking, a security deposit of $500 USD is required at least 48 hours before the charter begins. This deposit acts as a standard safeguard.
The full payment of the charter cost is required before the charter begins. Based on a prior verbal agreement, this payment can be conveniently made on the yacht, providing flexibility and ease.
Full prepayment is required for any special requests.
After the charter, if there are no unforeseen circumstances as specified in the agreement with the charterer, the security deposit will be refunded using the same payment method. The refund process may take place immediately or within 5 business days.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the charter begins, the security deposit and charter cost will be refunded in full within 5 business days using the same payment method.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours before the charter begins will result in the loss of the security deposit. If the charter cost has already been paid, it will be fully refunded within 5 business days using the same payment method. We also always offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, allowing the security deposit to be retained.
Refund Policy for Cancellations Due to External Factors
If the charter is canceled due to adverse weather conditions that compromise safety, twe offer the option to reschedule the charter time and/or date, allowing the security deposit to be retained. We prioritize safety and comfort and recognize the unpredictability of weather.
The security deposit and charter cost will be refunded in full within 5 business days using the same payment method if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the charter.

Please be aware that any costs associated with special requests, if paid, are non-refundable.
